The excitement is palpable. I welcome others' input, but for now I am floating the idea of getting together a trip to Wink wine bar on South Lamar. They have happy hour from 5-7 p.m. with half-price appetizers, INCLUDING Wink Foie Gras Burgers! They have great wine, and I am confident that the sommelier can pair it perfectly. Who's with me?
My mom's in town this weekend. We had dinner at Wink last night. My first visit. Excellent food and excellent service; but, as with all higher-end places, you pay too much to get too little.
